Tree Top Tumble is open every day from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, with three 2-hour play sessions available for children to burn off some energy:
• 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
• 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
• 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
• Under 2s: £3.50 for up to 2 hours of play
• Over 2s: £5.50 for up to 2 hours of play

• Sensory area for babies
• Mini play area for toddlers
• Large indoor play area for children over 4
• Large play area: 45 children
• Sensory area: 8 babies
• Mini play area: 14 toddlers
• Baby and toddler areas: 4 years and under
• Large play area: Up to 11 years old or 1.45m in height
Yes. We have vending machines within our play area offering cold drinks, snacks, and coffee to go. For more substantial meals, you can visit Neb Café or Cat That Café. Please note that no food or drink is allowed in the play areas, but a designated seating area is provided nearby.

Our Do It Yourself (DIY) grooming service costs £20 per hour. This gives you full, private use of the room and all its facilities for one hour.
During your one-hour session, you’ll enjoy:
• Exclusive access to the grooming area for you and your dog only.
• Washing and drying facilities with professional-quality equipment.
• High-quality shampoo and fragrances to keep your dog smelling fresh.
• Soft, clean towels to make drying quick and easy.

Alternatively, you can book to have your dog groomed professionally through our Dog Groomer Kayleigh (Grooming Marvellous) or doggy teeth cleaner Dawn (Dogtastic Teeth Cleaning) , who can assist you with availability and scheduling.
The Dog Grooming Room has recently relocated within the Tynwald Mills complex and is easily accessible from the main car park. It is located just to the right of the main entrance in the outdoor pods. Clear signage will direct you straight to the entrance.
Yes — while we provide premium shampoos, fragrances, and towels, you’re more than welcome to bring your own grooming products or tools, especially if your dog has sensitive skin or special requirements.
Standard bookings are for one hour, but longer sessions may be available depending on demand. Please contact us or note any special requests when booking.
As this is a self-hire service, grooming is entirely carried out by you. Our team does not provide grooming or dog-handling services, but the space is designed to make the process simple, safe, and enjoyable.
